Requirements for Baptisms

1. - Be a registered member of Holy Apostles Catholic Church.
2. - Attend Mass in our parish.
3. - Pick up the baptismal request form from the office or download it online and fill it out. Return it to the priest after the baptism class along with the required documentation (a copy of the birth certificate of the child to be baptized).
4. - Attend the pre-baptismal preparation class required by our parish (for parents and godparents).
5. - Arrive at least 20 minutes before the Baptism.
6. - If you need a participation certificate, please request it at the end of the class.
7. - There is a $50 fee for the Baptism.
